WindEnergyMatch 2018 is a dedicated brokerage session allowing the participants to expand their international network through scheduled one-to-one meetings during WindEnergy 2018, the world´s leading wind industry expo.

Select your meeting partners and confirm meetings via online catalogue prior to the event. Bilateral 30-minutes meetings will take place on 27th and 28th of September during WindEnergy 2018 in the matchmaking area (Hall B.7, Room B7.1, Upper Floor).

EU Funding Advice
The Enterprise Europe Network member Investitionsbank Schleswig-Holstein (IB.SH) and the German National Contact Point Energy (NKS Energie) offer consultancy on European funding opportunities for research and innovation projects in HORIZON 2020 and other European programmes. You are welcome to book a meeting in advance using the registration of the matchmaking tool. If you prefer, you can also spontaneously visit the EU-Funding-Advice-Table at the matchmaking event. In any case, our funding experts look forward to hearing about your ideas and providing advice on suitable EU grants.

From registration to the event, there will be regular e-mail-updates explaining what you need to do next.
Set up a profile
Create a strong profile which will raise your visibility to others on this platform. Make it clear and concise. Your profile should describe who you are, what you can offer potential partners and who you want to meet. A good profile will significantly generate more meetings. Don't forget your profile will be live and visible even after the event.
Request meetings | 3 April 2018 - 23 September 2018
Be active not reactive. Browse published participants profiles and send meeting requests to those you want to meet at the event. Adding a meaningful remark why you are interested in a meeting will increase the chance that your request will be accepted. Accepted meeting requests will be scheduled automatically.
Build connections | 25 September 2018
About 1-2 days before the event you will receive an email with your detailed meeting schedule. You can also check your meeting agenda online or via the b2match app.

Registration Fee
There is no registration fee. The participation at WindEnergyMatch 2018 is free of charge thanks to the support of Hamburg Messe, the EU and the Federal States of Hamburg und Schleswig-Holstein.
Entrance Fee
The participants have to pay the entrance fee for WindEnergy Hamburg 2018.
Meeting Schedule
The 30-minute slots are scheduled for thursday between 10:00 to 18:00 and Friday between 10:00 and 14:00. As a participant you can download your agenda and check your up-to-date meeting schedule online.
