The European training and research network on Autonomous Barges for Smart Inland Shipping (AUTOBarge) is a European research project that provides the unique opportunity to research the future of smart and autonomous inland shipping on a European level with 10 different research institutions, supported by 10 industry stakeholders.
From Hamburg, the Maritime Economics Research Center from Hamburg University as well as the Logistics Initiative Hamburg, Hamburg's cluster for logistics, are involved in the project. During its project meeting in Hamburg, the AUTOBarge partners want to use the opportunity to discuss with industry and research stakeholders from Hamburg & beyond the crucial topics of the future of inland shipping.

Participation is limited by the amount of available tickets. Participation is free of charge.
At the event, photos & videos will be taken for communication about the event itself & the project. By registering, you agree to appear in images or video recordings and authorise us to use them.
If you realise after registering that you cannot attend, please cancel your registration at least 3 days before the event. This enables us to allow people from the waiting list to attend the event.
Please note our "no-show" rule: We incur costs for the event for premises, technology, catering and organisational expenses. Therefore, please understand that we reserve the right to charge a no-show fee of EUR 50 for unexcused absences from the event without timely cancellation.
