A French company has specialised in distributing brased plate heat exchangers and is now willing to complete its range. The SME is currently looking for a manufacturer of reliable, not bulky and lightweight heat exchangers for the maritime sector on-board with the direct use of seawater for cooling. Heat exchangers should be CE marked, hydraulically approved for marine applications. A distribution services agreement is sought with a manufacturer of such products, preferably located in Europe.

Sustainable antifouling technology for in ship seawater systems sought by Dutch Navy
The Dutch Navy uses seawater aboard in cooling and fire fighting systems. The organisms in seawater cause fouling inside these systems. To remove the fouling frequent maintenance is necessary. That's why the Navy is looking for innovative technologies to reduce the fouling. They aim to set up an experiment within the framework of a commercial agreement with technical assistance or a technical cooperation agreement. This profile refers to an open innovation platform.
