Following our vast experience in the field of strategic funding advice, we are proficient in all required tasks of the project. We command project and stakeholder management processes, conduction of assessments and analyses (environment, finance, market and (socio-economic) cost-benefit and feasibility) as well as identification and management of project risks.
Our clients generally want to align to the market or to improve their portfolio of service. They therefore benefit from our holistic consulting and solution-oriented approach; either when looking for market alignment or improvement of service portfolios, developing new organisational and/or financial structures and/or minimising risks.
As consultants, we assist our clients especially by conducting commercial due diligences. In this role we cover issues ranging from market, competition and strategy through to operations, management and finance. In cooperation with experts from our international network, we also have access to other relevant due diligence areas such as environment, labour and technology.
Due to the high relevance of sustainability management and an increasing need of the different stakeholders in transport and logistics industry to become future-proof, Wilhelm Borchert has successfully initiated several sustainability management projects with European port and shipping companies.
