Five Northern German countries – one maritime cluster! The Maritime Cluster Northern Germany (MCN) promotes and develops cooperations in the Northern German maritime industry. It creates platforms so that stakeholders are able to interact with each other and it also promotes interfaces with other industries.
The Kiel based Kongsberg Maritime Contros GmbH develops, produces and markets in-situ underwater sensor systems to detect hydrocarbons, CO2, DO, Total Alkalinity, pH and fully integrated systems down to full ocean depth to gather the most efficient and reliable data in any condition and in combination with data logging and software solutions.
Our products are used for scientific campaigns in the field of climate studies, methane hydrate research, long term investigations and leak detection.
