Five Northern German countries – one maritime cluster! The Maritime Cluster Northern Germany (MCN) promotes and develops cooperations in the Northern German maritime industry. It creates platforms so that stakeholders are able to interact with each other and it also promotes interfaces with other industries.
ckk academy offers consulting as well as workshops, trainings and coachings to impart knowledge in the fields of Maritime, Crisis Management, Communication and Neuroleadership. In focus: Team Building, Leadership and Media Response.
All courses can be operated “in house” or at ckk academy in Buxtehude. Here we work with a ship simulator which applied for professional maritime qualification as well as for new methods of leadership trainings for managers.
