Five Northern German countries – one maritime cluster! The Maritime Cluster Northern Germany (MCN) promotes and develops cooperations in the Northern German maritime industry. It creates platforms so that stakeholders are able to interact with each other and it also promotes interfaces with other industries.
Schiffsdieseltechnik Kiel GmbH (SDT) is operating from Rendsburg and the branches on Helgoland, in Wilhelmshaven and Stralsund, with a focus on "Maritime Industry" since 1976 and cares for over 4,000 units worldwide. As equipment manufacturer, the company develops special concepts for energy and produces customized gensets. SDT is acting as a service provider for engines, transmissions and gensets and their peripherals on ships and offshore facilities.
