Maritime law has an important cross-divisional function in the maritime industry that is becoming more significant with increasing internationalisation, the development of new business segments and growing sectoral networks. The aim of the MCN specialist group Maritime Law is to sustainably support the maritime industry in addressing these challenges together with the increasingly complex legal environment.
